This explains what we collect when you use this site or contact us, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
Providence Wealth Partners is an independent insurance agency operated by Andy Fowler. You can reach us at Andy.Fowler@providencewealthpartners.com or (704) 323-4046 with any question about this policy or about information we hold on you.
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive your first and last name, email address, phone number, the topic you selected, whatever you write in the message field, and a record that you checked the consent box. If you go on to apply for coverage, we collect what the application requires, which typically includes date of birth, address, Social Security number, income information, and health history.
Information collected automatically. Our web host records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not run analytics software, advertising pixels, or session recording on this site.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not use it to market unrelated products.
We do not sell your information. Ever. We do not trade it, rent it, or pass it to lead buyers.
We share it only in these situations:
By checking the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about insurance products. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and agreeing costs you nothing you cannot undo.
To stop hearing from us, reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or simply tell us on the phone or in writing. We will honor it. Message and data rates may apply to texts sent by your carrier.
Applying for life, Medicare, or health coverage generally requires health information. We collect only what a carrier requires for the product you are applying for, we share it only with that carrier, and we handle it in line with applicable federal and state law. We do not use health information for marketing.
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. We are stating that plainly because it is unusual, and because if that changes we will update this page and say so.
If you contact us and nothing comes of it, we keep the message only as long as it is useful for following up. If you become a client, we retain records for as long as your coverage is in force and afterward for the period our carriers, state insurance regulators, and tax rules require, which is typically several years.
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to client files to those who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Our resources for parents about children and money are written for the parent, not the child. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. Email or call us and we will handle it. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights, and we will honor those as well.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than quietly folded in.
A note on scope. Providence Wealth Partners is an independent insurance agency and not a bank, law firm, or investment adviser. This policy covers this website and our agency operations. Insurance carriers, and any professional partner you engage directly, maintain their own privacy policies governing the information they hold.
